SPEED Protocols

Perform All speed protocols 3x per week with a day of rest in between each training day.

If you are an avid/experienced golfer or Have performed overspeed training before, skip the intro & start with Level 1 protocols.


Normal golf stance and golf swing.
Normal golf stance, with a pronounced "Pause" at the top of the swing to feel the club set, then swing.
Starting with a normal golf stance at address, take the lead leg back to the trail leg on the backswing, then step to the target, plant the lead foot to begin the downswing.
Take a normal golf stance, and while taking the club to the top, lift your lead heel off the ground. Then stomp the heel to initiate the downswing, feeling the hip engine drive the swing.
Start in a normal golf stance. Initiate the backswing by hopping laterally towards the target without crossing the feet. Then hop again towards the target, planting the lead leg to initiate the downswing.
Start in a normal golf stance. As you load the backswing, cross the trail leg behind the lead leg. Then unload the lead leg toward the target on the downswing.
